WHO AM I?
I was trained and certified in 2019 at the REFLEXO 33 centre in Bordeaux. Vocational training affiliated with the French Federation of Reflexologists (FFR).
As soon as my training was finished, I worked as a replacement and I quickly wanted to welcome you into my own space. Thanks to more freedom and with my own history, I personalize my listening and work.
It is a pleasure even before you come, to put in place the calm, the serenity necessary to hear better.
Soothing in nature, accompanying and relieving through a technique such as plantar reflexology became very quickly obvious to me.
Massages have guided me towards the curiosity of the plantar reflex areas and its science.
Making you want to better listen to your own body through your feet and bring you an immediate deep relaxation will be my first approach.
